Order Acknowledgement & Acceptance
All orders for products placed by you either online or by other means are subject to acceptance by us, and we may at our discretion accept orders, reject orders, or advise a buyer of our inability to process an order for any reason. We may send a buyer an acknowledgement of receipt of an order, by email, or another medium (including telephone, fax or in person) as we see fit. Acknowledgement by email of receipt of your order is usually automatically generated and does not constitute an acceptance of the order. You should ensure that the information you submit to us in your order is accurate and complete to the best of your ability. Fulfilment of your order is dependent and conditional upon stock availability, payment and possibly other areas including, but not limited to an address, or credit card check.
Whilst it is our intention to keep our website up to date and error free, product description, or pricing errors may occur. If we discover such an error after you have submitted an order to us, we will contact you prior to accepting your order with the correct details. You may then either cancel your order or re-confirm it based on the correct information. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat your order as cancelled and will correspond this fact to you by email, to the email address that you provided to us at the time of your order.
Our door to door delivery service is provided by a combination of courier services. Delivery schedule varies depending on the order size. Oversized packages may take a little longer to deliver. At present we only deliver within Hong Kong.

- Goods will need to be signed for. Please give a delivery address where someone will be available.
- If goods are returned to Hong Kong Canine because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the carriage is not refundable.
Payment Methods & Security
Secure & easy online payment
Payment is made via the Stripe third-party secure system. Visa, Mastercard, American Express credit and debit cards can all be used to make payment. Note that with payment made via Stripe, your credit card is charged immediately by Stripe, regardless of whether or when stock is available. If you cancel or change your order and a refund is required, note that Stripe procedures may delay this longer than our normal service. Also note that any commission charged by Stripe in conjunction with placing an order is not refundable.
Payment can also be made using Alipay via Stripe.
All transactions submitted to us use SHA-256 with RSA Encrypted SSL software. This is high level encryption that protects the data you input from being intercepted by outside parties. Our website is verified and secured by GoDaddy.

Shop online with peace of mind
Purchases made on Hong Kong Canine's online pet shop can be returned to us at unit 1506, Harbour Industrial Centre, 10 Lee Hing Street, Ap Lei Chau.
To ensure a smooth process kindly note the following.
- All returns or exchanges must take place within 30 days of purchase.
- Please provide a copy of your receipt and please note that items must be unopened, unused, have all the original packaging, and be in good resalable condition.
- Due to hygiene standards we cannot accept any returns or exchanges of food, treats or supplements.
- Refunds will be in form of online store credits.
